Darrell and Jude are teaming up with TARC, for the 2nd annual benefit Motorcycle ride4tarc.
On February 8th, 1954, a group of 32 parents met to discuss a mutual problem. They each needed support and services for their child who had developmental disabilities. The Shawnee County Association for Retarded Children was formed.
Since then many things have changed, including the forming of the TARC Foundation, Inc. in 2001. But one thing has not changed and that is their goal to provide assistance to people who possess developmental and related disabilities.
Thanks to you, the 1st annual motorcycle ride4tarc raised over $5,400.00 with 126 registered motorcycles, plus many passengers, 50/50, and T shirt sales. Hope to see all of you for the 2nd annual ride4tarc, plus many of your friends. Big hearts plus motorcycles = success. You make the difference.
